Private Client Tax Senior Manager
London | £85,000–£100,000 | Hybrid

The Role
- Manage a substantial portfolio of private clients, overseeing their tax affairs and delivering high-quality advisory services.
- Provide specialist tax advice, supporting clients with complex personal tax matters.
- Take responsibility for portfolio management, including billing, work in progress, and commercial performance.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser.
- Identify opportunities to generate additional work from existing clients and support wider business development.
- Review technical work, delegate responsibilities, and oversee the delivery of client assignments.
- Mentor and develop junior colleagues, supporting their technical and professional progression.
- Work closely with Partners and senior leadership to contribute to the continued growth of the Private Client practice.

Your Experience
- Extensive Private Client Tax experience gained within an accountancy or professional services practice.
- CTA, ACA, or an equivalent qualification or level of experience.
- Strong technical expertise across personal tax advisory and compliance.
- Proven experience managing client portfolios, supervising teams, and delivering high-quality client service.
- Commercial awareness, with the ability to identify business development opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with ambitions to progress into senior leadership.
