Private Client Tax Senior Manager
A leading UK accountancy firm is looking to appoint a Private Client Tax Senior Manager to join its growing tax team.
The role offers exposure to a diverse portfolio of HNW/UHNW individuals, families, trusts, and estates, with a strong focus on advisory work and the opportunity to shape your own specialism.
Key Areas
- Inheritance Tax, succession, and estate planning
- International and cross-border private client matters
- Residence, domicile, and offshore structures
- OMB restructuring, acquisitions, demergers, and profit extraction
- Tax disputes, HMRC enquiries, and investigations
- Trust and personal tax advisory and compliance

You’ll take ownership of a complex client portfolio, lead advisory projects, build strong client relationships, and support the development of junior team members. There is also scope to contribute to business development and the continued growth of the private client offering, with a clear progression pathway.
About You
- CTA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified
- Experienced Private Client Tax professional at Manager/Senior Manager level
- Strong technical and advisory background
- Commercially minded with excellent communication skills
- Confident managing client relationships and developing junior staff
- Ambitious and keen to progress within a growing team
