Part of The Bicester Collection, Bicester Village doesn't do ordinary. Set in the heart of rural Oxfordshire, well connected across the UK, our open-air, pedestrianised Village is home to more than 160 boutiques, a celebrated food and drink scene, and a team that refuses to stand still.
The Retail team is hiring a Private Clients Programme Manager.
The role
Responsible for delivering the private client's event and programming plan. You'll have a solid understanding of the luxury consumer marketplace, be brilliantly organised with exceptional attention to detail and be a creatively thinking problem solver.
Location: Bicester Village, Office-based role
What you'll be doing
A few of the key responsibilities in this role:
- Shape and deliver a calendar of luxury events spanning fashion, beauty, culture, and hospitality, from concept to flawless execution
- Design programming that builds membership, deepens engagement, and delivers commercial results, working in collaboration with the Retail, Marketing and extended Private Client Services team
- Manage budgets, negotiate standout partnerships, and use data and insight to keep raising the bar on what luxury means
- Represent our brand at events and within the luxury network, with the flexibility to work occasional Saturdays and evenings when the moment calls for it

What we're looking for
We foster a culture of winning together, and we work hard to ensure everyone is supported to succeed. To thrive in this role, you'll bring:
- Proven experience managing high-end events, VIC experiences, or private client programmes, with a strong network across luxury, hospitality, or premium retail
- Skilled at managing budgets, evaluating ROI, communication and juggling multiple events simultaneously without missing a beat
- Confident securing strategic partnerships and managing stakeholders, with experience engaging HNW or UHNW audiences
- A proactive, creative approach to delivering outstanding experiences, backed by a background in client acquisition and retention initiatives
