This is a remote, contract-based role for a US Private Company News Editor. The role entails:
- Monitoring industry sources for relevant news
- Producing accurate and engaging content about US private companies
- Collaborating with the editorial team
The News Editor will ensure all published materials meet editorial standards and provide fast, reliable information to support financial decision-making.
Qualifications
- Experience in News Writing, Writing, and Journalism
- Proficiency in Editorial tasks, including content review and maintaining high journalistic standards
- Knowledge of and experience with New Media platforms
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness in written communication
- Ability to work effectively in a remote and fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with financial markets and business reporting is a plus
