About the Firm
This is an elite global law firm, widely recognised as a leader in high-value, complex transactions. The London office has a particularly strong reputation for handling headline-making deals across private equity and corporate sectors, alongside a fully integrated international network.
The Role
The Financial Sponsors team advises leading private equity houses and financial investors on a range of sophisticated transactions, often involving cross-border M&A, strategic investments, and leveraged buyouts. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile matters and gain exposure to some of the most significant deals in the market.

What They’re Looking For
- Qualified lawyer with 1-6 PQE in corporate/M&A, ideally with exposure to private equity or financial sponsor clients
- Strong technical skills and transactional experience from a leading law firm
- An ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Excellent academic credentials and a collaborative mindset
