A unique opportunity for a German-speaking investment professional to join a well-capitalised private equity real estate platform managing several billion dollars of assets across the US and Europe.

The firm has a strong focus on complex European transactions across the residential, industrial/logistics, and selected retail sectors.

This is a true investing role offering immediate responsibility and direct exposure to senior investment professionals and Investment Committee decision-making. You will be involved throughout the investment lifecycle, from sourcing and underwriting through execution, closing, and post-acquisition strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse and evaluate real estate investment opportunities across European markets and sectors.
  • Build, own, and present detailed financial models, including sensitivities, downside scenarios, debt structures, tax considerations, and joint venture waterfalls.
  • Prepare investment memoranda, IC materials, and decision-support analyses.
  • Support transaction execution, including structuring, commercial negotiations, and documentation.
  • Contribute to sourcing initiatives across logistics, residential, and broader real asset strategies.
  • Work closely with asset management, finance, legal, ESG teams, and external advisors throughout the investment process.
  • Support the development and mentoring of junior team members.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
