Private Equity Origination – Analysts, Associates & Interns
About the Role
This is your opportunity to be on the front lines of deal origination in the private equity space. We are looking to deploy over $1 billion in capital over the next 12 months and need motivated Analysts, Associates, and Interns to help make it happen.
In this origination-focused role, you will connect directly with executives leading the global energy and infrastructure sector. Your mission: identify opportunities, start conversations, and drive deals from first contact to senior-level discussions with our Managing Director and decision-makers at oil and infrastructure operators.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and map regional energy/infrastructure assets.
- Build targeted contact lists and maintain our CRM.
- Conduct high-volume, multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, VoIP, calls, DMs).
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with decision-makers and senior leadership.
- Brainstorm and test new origination strategies (e.g., generative AI tools, social media platforms, multilingual outreach).
- Draft proposals and investment memorandums for internal and external stakeholders.

What a Typical Week Looks Like
- Research: Identify key players, assets, and opportunities in assigned regions.
- Database Building: Feed the CRM with verified, high-quality contacts.
- Outreach: Persistent, consistent contact with executives and decision-makers.
- Collaboration: Work with leadership to refine strategies and explore new channels.
- Documentation: Prepare polished proposals and investment memos for committees and asset managers.

Qualifications
- Senior undergraduate or graduate student.
- U.S. citizen with strong written and verbal communication skills (no sponsorship available).
- Comfortable using email, LinkedIn, VoIP, and phone systems for professional outreach.
- 15–20 hours per week availability. Sunday morning meetings are mandatory.
