Position

Contractor (Part-Time)

Compensation

$100 – $200/hour

About the Opportunity

This opportunity is for experienced Finance professionals interested in contributing to advanced AI research and evaluation projects. You'll apply your financial expertise to help train and improve next-generation AI systems by reviewing, evaluating, and refining AI-generated financial content.

No prior AI experience is required. Your domain expertise, analytical judgment, and financial knowledge are the primary qualifications for success in this role.

Professionals with backgrounds in Private Equity, Venture Capital, Investment Banking, Equity Research, Corporate Development, Investment Management, or Strategic Finance are especially encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, review, and edit AI-generated financial content for accuracy, clarity, and professional relevance.
  • Develop, refine, and evaluate AI prompts related to financial analysis, valuation, investment research, and corporate finance.
  • Assess and annotate financial reports, valuation analyses, and AI-generated outputs using structured evaluation criteria.
  • Author and review investment memoranda, due diligence reports, financial models, research reports, and technical documentation.
  • Evaluate AI outputs for logical consistency, financial accuracy, analytical rigor, and adherence to professional standards.
  • Conduct independent research and fact-check financial information to ensure high-quality AI outputs.
  • Provide structured feedback to improve prompt quality, model performance, and AI-generated financial reasoning.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional experience in Private Equity, Venture Capital, Investment Banking, Equity Research, Corporate Development, Investment Management, Strategic Finance, or a related finance discipline.
  • Strong expertise in financial analysis, financial modeling, valuation, investment research, due diligence, and corporate finance.
  • Demonstrated experience producing investment memoranda, valuation analyses, financial models, due diligence reports, or market research.
  • Strong analytical reasoning, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written communication, business writing, and professional editing skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with prompt authoring, prompt engineering, AI model evaluation, RLHF, data annotation, content review, or rubric-based evaluation.
  • Experience reviewing AI-generated financial content or technical documentation.
  • Advanced degree such as MBA, Master's, JD, PhD, or another relevant postgraduate qualification.
  • Background from a highly regarded university or equivalent academic program.
  • Experience conducting independent financial research and fact-checking.

Compensation

  • Competitive compensation of $100–$200/hour.
