Role and Responsibilities
Pantheon Capital Management Ltd is seeking a proactive, hands-on Intern/Analyst for a 6-month off-cycle internship, which may lead to a full-time offer for high performers. This internship will provide excellent exposure to real estate investment and advisory work, along with outstanding learning opportunities.

Role Summary
The role will be varied, challenging, and highly rewarding. Typical day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Excel modelling
- Drafting memoranda for internal and external use
- Market research
- Developing presentations
- Performing various analyses to support investment decisions
- Maintaining and expanding the investor database and CRM
- Project managing ongoing and future fundraising processes and cultivating strong relationships with investors, analysts, and financial institutions
- Supporting responses to investor enquiries
- Coordinating investor communications such as quarterly updates, newsletters, and meeting follow-ups
Required Skills / Selection Criteria
You will play a key role in analysing opportunities and supporting fundraising efforts and will be considered an Analyst within the team.
Requirements:
- Previous exposure to Real Estate Equity, Real Estate Credit, Corporate Finance, M&A, or Investment Banking is preferred
- Strong academic track record
- A second European language is preferred
- Strong financial modelling skills
- Positive and eager attitude with a strong willingness to learn
- Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and demonstrate proactivity
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact across all levels
- Dedicated team player with a strong sense of ownership
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and proactively
