Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end deal processes from origination through completion
- Manage relationships with advisors, lenders, and management teams
- Drive value creation plans and operational improvements at portfolio companies
- Present investment theses and recommendations to the partnership

Requirements
- 4-6 years of PE experience at a reputable fund
- Proven deal track record across multiple completed transactions
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage junior team members
- Experience in consumer, business services, or industrials sectors
