Service Care Solutions are currently working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Cheshire who are looking to appoint an experienced Family Solicitor to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor with a genuine passion for family law who takes pride in delivering high-quality legal advice and exceptional client care.

Family Solicitor – Cheshire

  • Salary: £40,000 – £65,000 per annum DOE
  • Location: Cheshire/Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

  • You will manage your own varied caseload of private family matters, including:
    • Divorce and financial remedy matters
    • Private children matters
    • Cohabitation agreements
    • TOLATA applications
    • Injunctions and protective orders
    • Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements
    • Managing matters from initial instruction through to conclusion
