The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Family Solicitor to join the family team of a nationally recognised law firm based in Llanelli. This is a fantastic opportunity for a family lawyer with a strong background in financial remedy work, particularly those who enjoy handling complex, high-value matters and working with high net worth individuals. You will join an established team with a strong national reputation and the opportunity to work on sophisticated family finance matters, alongside developing long-term relationships with clients.

The Role

The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload of high net worth financial matters, including:

  • High-value financial remedy proceedings
  • Complex divorce and financial settlements
  • Business and partnership assets
  • Property and investment portfolios
  • Pension and trust considerations
  • International assets and complex financial structures
  • Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements
  • Negotiated settlements and alternative dispute resolution
  • Financial proceedings involving significant or complex assets

About You

We are looking for an experienced Family Solicitor who:

  • Has strong experience in financial remedy work
  • Has experience dealing with high net worth or complex finance matters
  • Is confident managing their own caseload
  • Has excellent technical and drafting skills
  • Can build strong relationships with high-value clients
  • Is commercially minded and client-focused
  • Can handle sensitive and complex matters with discretion
  • Has excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Is keen to develop their profile within a nationally recognised family practice
