Join us as a Private Financing Sales Director
We’ll look to you to focus on the customer-facing origination and delivery of financing and solutions transactions within our Private Financing business.
Day to day, you’ll be managing relationships with key clients within financial sponsors customer segment for NatWest Markets from the private side.
Help us to deliver our bank’s purpose and strategy in Private Financing, as you create a valuable and far-reaching impact through your work.
What you'll do
In your new role, you’ll be working closely with our partners in Product, Trading, and Portfolio Management to deliver long-term sustainable value and positive customer outcomes. You’ll be implementing strategies across customer offerings, cultural shift, revenue targets, cost management, and balance sheet optimisation.

In addition, you’ll be responsible for:
- Delivering the go-forward strategic and purpose-led coverage model
- Meeting financial objectives, revenue, and costs as defined in your performance objectives
- Targeting a sustainable and robust business profit and loss stream and risk profiles
The skills you'll need
To be successful in this role, you’ll need a background in Private-side financial markets Sales. Ideally, you'll have an understanding and experience for delivering across structured products and Private Financing asset classes such as Fund Financing, CRE Loans back-leverage, Repo products, and more.

- Excellent written and communication skills
- Developed analytical skills to spot customer opportunity
- Ability to grow and sustain customer relationships aligned with the bank’s priorities
- Knowledge of financial institutions, sponsors, and funds market in Europe
