The Role:
We are partnering with a premier Global US Law Firm to recruit a mid-to-senior Private Funds Associate / Senior Associate to join its Investment Funds & Private Equity practice in Singapore.
Advise premier fund managers, sovereign wealth funds, and institutional investors on structuring and fundraising complex private vehicles—including private equity, venture capital, and co-investment funds across South & Southeast Asia, India, and globally. Working alongside senior partners in Singapore, you will handle cross-border fund formation, GP/LP negotiations, secondaries, and regulatory matters. Full international relocation and visa support provided.

Key Requirements
- 3–7 years PQE specializing in private fund formation and investment management within an elite US, Magic Circle, or top-tier international law firm.
- Qualified to practise law in a recognised common law jurisdiction (e.g. New York or England & Wales), as required for advising on cross-border private funds and investment management matters.
- Hands-on experience advising GP fund sponsors or institutional LPs on fund drafting (LPA, PPM, Side Letters), co-investment structures, or secondaries.
- Familiarity with cross-border fund jurisdictions (e.g., Cayman, Delaware, Singapore VCC, Lux) and emerging market mandates (Asia-Pac / South Asia focus is a plus).
