PRIVATE HOUSEHOLD MANAGER | LIVE-IN ESTATE | 24/7
Private Estate, approximately 2 hours from London
£80,000–£100,000+ DOE | Exceptional package available
High-spec live-in accommodation provided on the estate
We are seeking an exceptional Household Manager to take full operational responsibility for a prestigious private estate.
Five-star hospitality training and experience is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have been developed within a genuine five-star luxury environment, or a highly sophisticated private household, with an instinctive understanding of impeccable service, presentation, discretion, and personalized guest care.

This is a senior, hands-on role overseeing:
- Full household operations and presentation
- Housekeeping, service, and maintenance
- Recruitment, leadership, and development of staff
- Contractors, suppliers, and specialist artisans
- Procurement, inventories, and budgets
- Guest stays, entertaining, and private events
- Preventative maintenance and projects
- Principal and Family Office liaison
We are particularly interested in candidates with senior experience in a substantial private household, estate, five-star boutique hotel, or luxury private members’ club.
