Private Jet Charter Broker

London | £40,000-£45,000+ DOE | 10% Uncapped Commission | Hybrid

TARCG is recruiting an experienced Private Jet Charter Broker to join a growing private aviation business based in central London.

This is a commercially focused position for an established broker who can manage charter requirements end-to-end while actively developing new business and building long-term relationships with private and corporate clients.

The Role

You will take ownership of the full private jet charter lifecycle, from initial enquiry and aircraft sourcing through to pricing, negotiation, flight coordination, and post-flight follow-up.

Alongside managing existing opportunities, you will be expected to proactively develop new business through your own network, outbound activity, referrals, and relationship building.

  • Build and grow a portfolio of private and corporate clients.
  • Source suitable aircraft and negotiate effectively with operators and suppliers.
  • Manage complex and time-sensitive charter requirements.
  • Develop strong relationships across the operator and supplier market.
  • Monitor flights and support clients throughout the charter process.
  • Represent the business at client meetings, industry events, and international exhibitions.
  • Support junior colleagues and contribute to the continued growth of the Private Jet division.

We are looking for someone with:

  • 2+ years' private jet charter brokerage experience.
  • Strong commercial and business development capability.
  • Good knowledge of aircraft, operators, charter pricing, and the end-to-end charter process.
  • Confidence managing demanding private and corporate clients.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to work independently and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Flexibility to support clients outside standard office hours when required.
  • Ambition to progress into a more senior/leadership position as the division grows.
  • Full UK driving licence required.
  • Right to live and work in the United Kingdom without sponsorship
