Join our Love Living Homes team and play a key role in delivering a professional, customer-focused private lettings service. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in the private rental sector who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and making a real impact for customers. You’ll manage a varied portfolio of responsibilities, from tenant and landlord liaison to void management and tenancy administration, helping us provide high-quality homes and excellent customer service.

What You Will Need
- Experience working within the private rental, lettings or estate agency sector.
- A strong understanding of tenancy management and the wider housing environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to work independently, use initiative and make sound decisions.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A proactive and customer-focused approach to problem solving.
- Good knowledge of housing and lettings legislation.
- A full UK driving licence and the ability to travel as required.
