Your Role

What you'll be doing

Corpay is currently looking to hire for a dealing support position within our Private Markets division. This position falls under our Alpha Group line of business and is located in Paddington, London. In this role, you will work closely with the front office team on all trading support functions, acting as a key point of contact internally (for settlements and sales teams) and externally (clients). The ideal candidate will be proactive, able to multitask and enjoy a fast-paced, high performing environment. This role has opportunity to progress into a front office role in the future. You will report directly to the Institutional FX team and regularly collaborate with dealers and the sales team.

Working in the dealing support role, you will be expected to work in an office environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

Post-onboarding:

  • Being the point of contact for existing clients.
  • Supporting with any portal related queries or issues.
  • Supporting with day-to-day payment related queries.
  • Assisting with account management tasks for Strategists/Dealers.
  • Demoing RM and ABS platforms for prospects/clients.

Dealing support:

  • Deal execution.
  • Being the point of contact for any pre/post-trade queries.

Managing the settlement process:

  • Overseeing smooth settlement of trades (coordinating settlement of trades with earlier cut offs etc)
  • Chasing settlements team/liaising with client, MT103s etc on any missing/delayed payments.
  • Assisting Dealers/Strategists with administrative tasks such as.
    • Credit requests and ensuring all credit documentation is up to date.
    • Trade monitoring compliance requests.
    • Audit requests.
    • Compliance periodic reviews.
    • Proposing any changes to be made to current processes to bring efficiencies/find solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience working with internal and external stakeholders at a senior level and building strong and lasting relationships.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise your own work and go above and beyond to help the business continuously improve.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to deliver under time pressure.
  • High attention to detail.
