Private Markets Operations Associate

Location: London (Hammersmith)

Company: PriView

Start Date: ASAP

About PriView

PriView is building the portfolio intelligence platform for investors in private funds.

Limited Partners, including family offices, asset managers, pension funds, foundations and endowments, receive large volumes of complex and fragmented reporting from their private equity, venture capital and other private-market investments. PriView uses AI to ingest, structure and enrich this information, giving investment teams a clearer and more timely understanding of their portfolios.

Our platform helps investors analyse performance, understand their underlying company exposures, monitor portfolio developments and make better-informed investment decisions.

We are a growing London-based team, backed and advised by experienced technology and investment founders, including Justin Kan, co-founder of Twitch and former Y Combinator partner. Our ambition is to become the AI-powered operating system for private-markets investors.

The Role

PriView is looking for a highly capable and ambitious Private Markets Operations Associate to join our team.

This is a broad, hands-on role at the intersection of private markets, financial data, customer operations and product development. You will help onboard new customers, turn complex fund reporting into reliable portfolio data, investigate financial and data-quality issues, test new product capabilities and improve how we operate as the business grows.

You will work closely with PriView’s founders, technical team, other members of the operations team and institutional customers. As part of a small company, you will have meaningful responsibility from the outset and visibility across nearly every part of the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Analyse private companies, funds and portfolios to uncover insights, validate assumptions and understand the drivers of performance and exposure.

  • Contribute to customer reporting, product development and other strategic or operational projects as the business grows.
