Private Markets - Team Lead, Private Markets Content – Enterprise Data Product

We are Bloomberg Enterprise Data — fast paced, innovative, and growing. We partner closely with our clients to understand their businesses, data requirements, and financial technology needs. Our broad range of datasets, delivery channels, APIs, and cloud-enabled solutions enables clients to access the data they need, when they need it, and in the format that best supports their workflows.

Private markets are a core growth area for Enterprise Data. Our private markets data solutions complement Bloomberg’s public markets data across reference, pricing, regulatory, risk, and sustainable finance products. Together, these capabilities create a compelling value proposition for buy-side asset managers, asset owners, allocators, hedge funds, sell-side institutions, and service providers.

We are seeking a Team Lead to drive the global evolution of Bloomberg’s private markets data business. This is a senior leadership role at the intersection of financial data, product strategy, and AI-enabled innovation. You will be responsible for defining and executing the strategic roadmap for private markets data products, shaping the next generation of data solutions across private equity, private credit, infrastructure, real estate, and related alternative asset classes.

The team is responsible for identifying, designing, and delivering data solutions that leverage Bloomberg’s proprietary analytics, data infrastructure, and private markets data. This requires deep understanding of private markets data sourcing, client workflows, data delivery mechanisms, APIs, feeds, cloud-based distribution, and target client segments across GPs, LPs, asset owners, allocators, consultants, fund administrators, and other service providers.

You will lead a high-performing team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, commercial focus, and continuous learning. In this role, you will champion practical AI-driven transformation, including automation, agentic AI approaches, and intelligent data workflows that help clients address the complexity, fragmentation, and opacity of private markets data.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
