Job Description
- Partner with investment professionals to analyse private markets workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation and scalability.
- Design and develop technology solutions that support portfolio monitoring, reporting, pipeline management and investment operations.
- Utilise AI, prompt engineering and workflow automation tools to enhance research, analysis and decision-making capabilities.
- Build dashboards, applications and analytics solutions that deliver actionable insights across private capital portfolios.
- Evaluate and implement best-in-class technologies, collaborating with investment and technology teams to drive continuous innovation

The Successful Applicant
- 4-7 years' experience within a private capital markets environment, such as private equity, venture capital, private credit, real estate investing, family offices, sovereign wealth funds or institutional investment platforms.
- Proven experience supporting private markets investment teams, with exposure to investment workflows, portfolio monitoring, deal processes, fund reporting or investment data management.
- Strong Python development skills with experience building automation tools, analytics solutions and internal applications; knowledge of SQL, APIs and cloud technologies is highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience with private markets platforms and datasets such as DealCloud, PitchBook, Burgiss, Cambridge Associates or comparable investment system
