The role
We are looking for a PA to support our Founder & CEO, combining private office and business support. You will help the CEO keep personal and professional life running smoothly across several countries and time zones.

This is a rare chance to work closely with the founder of a leading international art business. It suits someone who is organised, discreet and happy to take ownership.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the CEO's personal diary
- Oversee property matters across several countries, including monthly property checks
- Organise private arrangements, liaising with households, suppliers and service providers
- Coordinate international travel, visits and reservations, often at short notice
- Prepare documents, reports and simple spreadsheets in Excel
- Act as a point of contact for colleagues, clients and partners, handling confidential matters with discretion
About you

Essential
- Educated to degree level
- Excellent numeracy and good Excel skills
- Sound judgement and complete discretion
- A proactive approach and a willingness to go the extra mile
- Flexibility to work around the CEO's schedule across time zones

- French or Italian
Package and working hours
The salary is approximately £15,000–£25,000, depending on the number of days worked and experience. The role is part-time, 2–3 days a week, and mainly based in our Mayfair office.
Working hours are flexible to fit the CEO's schedule across Italian and US time zones.
