Salary: £65,000- £75,000 + benefits and bonus
Location: Mayfair - London, Central
We are looking for a well presented, articulate Private PA to come on board to support UHNWI and her family. This is a busy, varied role with typical private support as well as extensive project work.
This role is based out of the luxury corporate office based in Mayfair with ad hoc visits to the family home. Key for this role is a flexible, can-do approach as well as strong attention to detail and the ability to busy a juggle and forever changing work load. You do need to be self – motivated and able to work autonomously.
Role
- Diary, e-mail and meeting organisation - making sure diaries are aligned and inboxes are organised
- Extensive global travel arrangements to include detailed itineraries and bookings
- Overseeing visas and passport renewals
- Event management, restaurant bookings and personal appointments
- Management, liaison and payroll for household staff
- International property management and overseeing a property renovation project
- Errand running, personal shopping and gift buying
- Any ad hoc research and project work and when required
- Personal photography and video organisation/streamlining
- Acting as a liaison between the children and parents to co-ordinate diaries, travel plans and assist the children where necessary with a variety of tasks
- Helping out and overseeing work with charities and donations for them
- Effective management of all bank accounts
- Monitor direct debits and regular bills and payments
- Management of all credit cards; reporting and monitoring any unusual activity
- Management and monitoring of transfers from bank accounts
- Monitoring of all household bills and reporting of expenditure
- Review of annual contracts and identification of improvements in cost/efficiency
- Management of all insurance policies and carrying out house audits when required.
- Management of all subscriptions, loyalty programmes, memberships etc

- Strong financial acumen.

- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Discreet and trustworthy.
- Possess multi-tasking skills and ability to work well under time pressure.
- Enjoy working in a team-oriented environment but equally able to manage their own workload, be self-motivated and take initiative.
- Willingness to assist the family with all manner of tasks – no two days the same
