Client Overview

This role supports the Founder and Director of a healthcare solutions company that operates internationally. The company is dynamic and globally focused.

Role Summary

The Private Personal Assistant will provide direct, comprehensive personal and professional support to the Founder, ensuring efficient management of commitments across business and international responsibilities. This pivotal role requires exceptional judgment, professionalism, and discretion to build a strong, long-term working relationship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive personal and professional assistance to the Founder.
  • Manage daily schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements (domestic and international).
  • Act as a trusted gatekeeper, handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Coordinate communications, correspondence, and documentation on behalf of the Founder.
  • Support with both in-person tasks and remote responsibilities when the Founder is traveling.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues to ensure smooth operations.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, clients, and partners with professionalism and tact.
  • Assist with personal errands and lifestyle management as required.

Compensation

£60,000 per annum gross (£5,000 per month gross), dependent on experience and suitability.

Location & Work Arrangement

  • United Kingdom (in-person support required, with flexibility for remote support when Founder is traveling).
  • Occasional international travel required.
  • Full-time, permanent.
