Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate private aircraft for domestic and international flights.
  • Plan flights, including routes, weather, fuel, and aircraft performance.
  • Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections.
  • Ensure all required flight documentation and records are maintained.
  • Communicate effectively with passengers, crew, air traffic control, and ground teams.
  • Monitor weather conditions and make safe operational decisions.
  • Follow all aviation regulations, company procedures, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure the aircraft is airworthy.
  • Provide a professional and comfortable experience for passengers.
