Sport Rehabilitator / Physiotherapist / Sports Therapist
Location: Bolton, Greater Manchester & Chorley, Lancashire
Contract: Self-Employed, with opportunities to progress into Part-Time or Full-Time employed roles (Potential earnings of £32,500 - £45,000 pro-rata)
Hours: Minimum 15 hours per week (including evenings and weekends, with monthly reviews)

About the Role
As a member of our clinical team, you'll play an important role in helping clients recover from injury, reduce pain and improve their long-term health and performance.
You'll deliver high-quality, patient-focused care while contributing to the continued success and growth of our clinics.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing, diagnosing and treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.
- Delivering sports massage and evidence-based manual therapy techniques.
- Designing individualized rehabilitation and exercise programmes using current research and best practice.
- Educating clients on injury prevention, self-management and long-term recovery strategies.
- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records.
- Building strong relationships with clients to encourage excellent retention and outcomes.
- Supporting the promotion of the clinic through social media and community engagement where appropriate.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to provide an exceptional patient experience.

About You
We're looking for someone who is passionate about helping people, committed to professional development and excited to be part of a growing business.
Essential:
- Degree in Sports Rehabilitation, Physiotherapy or a related discipline.
- Registration or accreditation with BASRaT, HCPC, CSP, SST, STA or an equivalent professional body.
- Clinical experience assessing and treating musculoskeletal conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work confidently both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional client care.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required.
- Commitment to continuing professional development (CPD).
Desirable:
- Recognised Sports Massage qualification.
- Experience working within a private practice or multidisciplinary clinic.
- Experience supporting business growth through social media, networking or community engagement.
- Experience introducing new ideas or improving clinical processes.
