🔔 Private & Public Family Paralegal | Legal 500 Firm 📍 Worcester 💷 Up to £30,000

An excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded Legal 500 firm in their Worcester office, offering genuine long-term career progression and the chance to become an integral part of a growing Family team.

You'll work alongside experienced and supportive solicitors, gaining hands-on experience across both Private and Public Family Law matters. This role provides exposure to a varied caseload, allowing you to develop your legal knowledge, strengthen your practical skills and build confidence in a client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support fee earners across both private and public family law matters
  • Assist with a busy and varied caseload from day one
  • Provide proactive support to a growing Family team as a new solicitor joins with a substantial caseload
  • Prepare legal documents, liaise with clients and manage case administration

About You:

  • Ideally 2+ years' experience supporting private and public family law matters
  • Able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision
  • Confident supporting fee earners with a busy caseload
  • Proactive, organised and able to use your own initiative
  • Looking for a long-term career with excellent progression opportunities
