Job Opportunity at South Wales Local Authority
My local authority based in South Wales is looking for someone to come in and hit the ground running as the current officer is on sick leave. Please see below further details:
Responsibilities:
- Providing advice and information on the range of grants provided in line with the Council’s Private Sector Renewal Policy and other services delivered by the team.
- Administering the council’s mandatory and discretionary grants regimes – primarily in relation to bathroom adaptations and stair lifts. Ensuring grant funded works comply with schedules and payments are administered efficiently and accurately.
- Ensuring non-licensable HMO’s meet relevant statutory requirements.

Essential Skills:
