Private Sector Partnerships Manager
Fauna & Flora is seeking an experienced and relationship-focused Private Sector Partnerships Manager to play a key role in the growth of our private sector fundraising function. This role is primarily focused on managing and growing a portfolio of existing corporate partnerships across a range of sectors, building long-term relationships that deliver lasting value for both partners and Fauna & Flora.
Working closely with colleagues across fundraising, conservation programmes and communications, you will deliver exceptional stewardship, identify new opportunities for partnership growth and help maximise the impact of corporate support.
Responsibilities
- Manage and Grow Corporate Partnerships: Oversee a portfolio of existing corporate partnerships across various sectors.
- Build Long-Term Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships that deliver lasting value for both partners and Fauna & Flora.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with colleagues in fundraising, conservation programmes, and communications.
- Deliver Strategic Opportunities: Identify and deliver opportunities for deepening partner engagement.
- Engage with Stakeholders: Confidently engage with internal and external senior stakeholders.

Requirements
- Significant experience in managing and developing high value corporate partnerships.
- Proven track record of meeting, growing, or exceeding targets.
- Ability to identify and deliver strategic opportunities for deepening partner engagement.
- Strong engagement skills with internal and external senior stakeholders.

Our offices are located in The David Attenborough Building in central Cambridge, just a few minutes’ walk from glorious historic buildings and museums, the picturesque River Cam, the central market and shopping centre, and a host of cafés and restaurants.
