Private Shopping Porter
We are looking for a Private Shopping Porter to join our fast-paced Private Shopping team at our iconic Knightsbridge store. As an integral part of the operation, you will support the movement, preparation, and dispatch of luxury purchases, helping to keep our Private Shopping service running seamlessly behind the scenes. With varied responsibilities, this is an excellent opportunity for someone with a proactive mindset, strong work ethic, and a desire to learn and develop as part of a supportive and collaborative team.
About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will support the day-to-day running of our Private Shopping function, helping to ensure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly after a client purchase has been made. This is a predominantly back-of-house role, focused on the movement, handling, and dispatch of luxury purchases.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinating stock and product movements across Private Shopping locations
- Supporting with the processing and handling of client returns efficiently and accurately
- Packing and preparing client purchases for dispatch, including international deliveries
- Working closely with our dispatch team to ensure orders are sent out correctly and on time
- Maintaining organised, safe, and efficient working spaces
- Assisting with the movement of luxury items throughout the store
- Providing ad hoc operational support where required
