We're currently recruiting for a part-time Private Shopping Waiter on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. Based within our iconic Penthouse and Private Service Suite, you'll assist the management team in delivering a seamless experience for Harrods' most discerning clients. From preparing artisan coffees and serving champagne to anticipating client needs, you'll play a key role in maintaining the impeccable standards that define Private Shopping.

About the Role
As a Private Shopping Waiter, you'll join an elite team within our Penthouse and Private Service Suite, where attention to detail and outstanding service are at the heart of everything we do.
You will be responsible for:
- Delivering a seamless and unrivalled client journey through personalised attention, intuitive service, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Preparing and serving premium beverages, from artisan coffee to champagne and bespoke cocktails, alongside light refreshments.
- Maintaining the immaculate luxury standard of our lounges, ensuring comfort and elegance at all times.
- Building meaningful client relationships and confidently responding to client requests with professionalism and discretion.
- Organising and executing mise-en-place duties before and after service to keep operations flawless.

This is a part-time opportunity working 2 days out of 7. As shifts will predominantly fall across weekends, candidates must be flexible and available to support the business during peak periods and key trading times.
About You
We're looking for individuals who thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced luxury environment and can deliver exceptional service with confidence, whilst maintaining a professional approach when handling client requests with discretion. This is a busy, active role where you'll be on your feet throughout the day engaging with customers and at times carrying heavy items.
You will bring:
- Food and beverage experience, ideally in hotels, events, or fine dining.
- Knowledge of mixology, barista skills, or silver service, with the ability to flex between bartender and waiter duties.
- Strong customer service instincts and a passion for creating unforgettable experiences.
- Calm efficiency under pressure and a professional approach to every interaction.
