Private UHNW (Ultra-High-Net-Worth) Medical Advisor
Role Overview
An ultra-discrete, high-net-worth individual seeks an authoritative medical leader to design and oversee their intimate private healthcare framework. This is a permanent, full-time position burdened with absolute confidentiality, top-tier clinical governance, and complete independence from traditional medical bureaucracies.
Primarily based in Sheffield but with frequent excursions, you’ll provide flawless, confidential medical oversight for the principal and their entourage aboard their private vessel. Your responsibilities will span the client’s Mediterranean itineraries, confining operations to exclusive zones such as Mallorca, Ibiza, Marbella, the Algarve, Monaco, the Greek Islands, and Italy.
You must embody discretion, precision, and an unyielding commitment to clinical superiority.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the ultimate medical gatekeeper, ensuring rigorous healthcare for the principal and their travel circle.
- Independently coordinate all medical matters with zero tolerance for breaches of privacy or bureaucratic interference.
- Operate aboard the vessel and within these prestigious Mediterranean hubs during every stop of the itinerary.
- Maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality in all transactions and communications.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
