Wall Street Oasis (WSO) is expanding its Mentorship Program, and we're looking for outstanding professionals to join our mentor roster... an elite network supporting students and young professionals as they prepare for high-stakes careers.
What You'll Do:
- 1-on-1 Coaching: Provide personalized career guidance, interview preparation, resume reviews, and advice for Private Wealth Management recruiting
- Cohort Guidance (Optional): Lead small-group sessions covering wealth management careers, client relationship management, portfolio construction, and industry best practices
- Contribute to Content (Optional): Help refine wealth management case studies, interview preparation materials, and financial planning resources
- Mentor With Purpose: Share practical insights on advising high-net-worth clients, building long-term relationships, and succeeding in private wealth careers

Who We're Looking For:
- Professionals with experience in Private Wealth Management (or similar Wealth Advisory, Family Office, Financial Advisory, etc.)
- Current or former Financial Advisors, Wealth Advisors, Relationship Managers, Investment Advisors, Directors, or Managing Directors
- Strong communicators with a passion for helping aspiring wealth management professionals succeed
- Detail-oriented and committed to providing practical, actionable career guidance
