Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Staff and Community)
The Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Staff and Community) is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and implementation of strategy and policy relating to all staff (academic and professional services). You will be an inclusive and inspirational leader, who is committed to ensuring that all staff can flourish in their role and to building and sustaining trust in the University's policies and processes. This senior academic will work across academic departments, human resources and other central offices, and the unions and will liaise with the Colleges to ensure that policies and processes are fit for purpose, understood, trusted and consistently applied. The Pro-Vice-Chancellor will be supported by the Human Resources Division.

The successful candidate will be a recognised leader in the academic community, with an outstanding personal track record, and inclusive approach to leadership and the ability to inspire colleagues to make a difference in how staff feel about working at the University. The successful individual will have direct experience in the selection, recruitment, development and retention of academic and professional services staff and a proven record of managing people and achieving outcomes that create measurable value for institutions. A keen understanding of how the Collegiate University works and the ability to work across it to join up parts will be highly valued.
