We currently have exciting, flexible opportunities for Unidentified Parcel Operative or Parcel Reconciliation Operatives as we like to call them to join our growing Brooklands depot. We have full-time, part-time, permanent, and fixed-term roles available.

What We Can Offer You
- £13.36 per hour with an overtime rate of £20.04
- A minimum of 32 days’ annual leave (including Bank Holidays)

What You’ll Do
- Support your Supervisor and Day Manager by working with the shift and ensuring that any misplaced packages with missing or damaged labels are sent on to their owner or back to our clients as required.
- Repack parcels with damaged packaging but no damage to the parcel and then forward on to our couriers for delivery.
- Use your initiative to make sure that parcels are tracked and returned swiftly by working with various parts of our network including our Hubs, Delivery Units, Couriers, and clients. Excellent communication skills are necessary in this role.
- Report in to your Inbound Process Supervisor and assist in providing leadership across the returns team.
- Manage small projects and take ownership of particular areas.
- Take the lead on projects.
