LAW Absolute is seeking an experienced Probate Case Manager to join a growing legal services team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing estates from instruction through to completion while providing a high standard of client care. This is a permanent role to start ASAP.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a varied caseload of probate and estate administration matters.
  • Prepare probate applications and inheritance tax documentation.
  • Liaise with clients, beneficiaries, financial institutions, and relevant authorities.
  • Gather and review estate information, assets, and liabilities.
  • Prepare estate accounts and oversee asset distribution.
  • Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Deliver exceptional client service throughout the process.

About You

  • At least 3 years' experience handling probate and estate administration matters.
  • Strong understanding of probate procedures, inheritance tax, and estate administration.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy caseload.
  • Confident communicator with a compassionate and professional approach.
  • Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

The client is happy for candidates to work from their offices in Hertfordshire or fully remotely depending on preference.

The salary for the role is £35,000 per annum.
