Probate Sales Consultant

They are looking for a Probate Consultant to join their sales team.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Probate Consultant you will look to maximise sales opportunities and successfully handle enquiries from clients and business partners, follow up leads, and nurture them through the sales process with a consultative approach.
This is a great opportunity for anyone with Probate sales experience. They can offer you excellent training and support to develop your career.
Duties include:
- Manage client pipeline, taking clients from their initial enquiry to quotation and contract signature.
- Provide detailed probate information and guidance, including on technical matters.
- Providing excellent end-to-end customer service, offering clear communication and support.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell / cross-sell services.
- Meet and exceed sales and performance targets.
The Ideal Candidate
Our client understands you may not have all of the below skills or experience, and they will encourage you to apply if you have some of the below:
- Effective communication skills.
- Demonstrable probate knowledge, including at a technical level, ideally from working in the industry for at least 3 – 4 years.
- Sales experience in a probate or other professional services environment.
- Confidence to drive a sale whilst maintaining empathy for their customers and clients.
- Ability to build and nurture positive working relationships both internally and externally.
- Able to work autonomously and effectively prioritise your own workload.
- Previous experience using a CRM (Salesforce preferred).
- Ability to work to set KPI’s.
- Previous experience in a sales-based role.

Where You’ll Be Working
Hybrid with a minimum of 2 – 3 days per week at their office based at Spectrum House, Bond Street, Bristol BS1 3LG.
Hiring Process – What To Expect
Our client likes to keep things clear and straightforward. Here’s what you can expect:
- Application review – They review applications on a rolling basis and will contact you when shortlisted
- Initial chat – A short call with the hiring manager to get to know you better. There will be some element of competency here, but they aim for it to be more conversational. (30mins)
- Interview – This is your competency-based interview with the hiring manager(s) (up to 60mins) (or up to 90mins with task).
- Task (if applicable) – A chance to show them how you think, this may be part of the interview or done before / after depending on the role
- Feedback – They will contact you following your interview, typically within 1 week.
- Support – They want everyone to feel comfortable and confident throughout their hiring process. If you have a medical condition or need any adjustments, whether that’s for an interview or any part of the process, please let them know. They are happy to have a conversation about how they can best support you.
