Problem Manager - SC Cleared
My client, a leading tech organisation, are looking for an experienced Problem Manager to join their project for an initial 6 month contract. They require candidates who already hold SC Clearance, if you do not already hold active SC clearance then you will not be able to be considered for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the end-to-end Problem Management process, ensuring root cause analysis is completed for all major and recurring incidents
- Chair Problem Review Boards and post-incident review sessions with technical and business stakeholders
- Track problem records through to closure, ensuring permanent fixes are implemented and validated
- Analyse incident trends to proactively identify systemic issues before they escalate
- Report on problem management KPIs and present findings to senior stakeholders
- Drive continuous service improvement initiatives based on problem trend data

Essential Skills & Experience

- Proven track record in a Problem Management role within a medium-to-large enterprise environment
- Strong working knowledge of ITIL framework (ITIL v3/v4 certification required)
- Excellent root cause analysis skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
