O2C Process Analyst
6-month FTC | £60k pro rata (PAYE, not a day rate) | Hybrid, London | ASAP
We've partnered with a global business, closing out a significant Order-to-Cash transformation and this role is the final piece of it. Four work streams are already live, and the process documentation the whole programme is built on still needs owning. The brief is open and so are the tools and the approach.
As the O2C Process Analyst, you'd own L4/L5 documentation and SOPs across the O2C lifecycle, working directly with Global Process Owners to turn existing analysis into process maps people will actually use, and running your own discovery where the detail doesn't exist yet.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
With the approach still undefined, there's real scope to set how this gets scoped, sequenced and signed off rather than inheriting someone else's template.
As a contract O2C Process Analyst you'll be competent in:
- Building L4/L5 process documentation and SOPs end to end, across a full O2C lifecycle
- Telling the business what the documentation should enable and not just what it contains
- Working directly with Global Process Owners and senior stakeholders across a global programme, holding your ground where priorities compete
- Running your own discovery sessions to fill the gaps, then leading the business through what you've produced
- Using AI and modern tooling to compress documentation timelines rather than working the long way round
