A bit about the job
We’re looking for an experienced Process Change Analyst to support business transformation and continuous improvement across our Global Corporate & Speciality (GCS) business.
Working closely with Operations, Underwriting, Product, Pricing, IT and Change teams, you’ll play a key role in understanding how processes operate today, identifying opportunities for improvement and helping shape more efficient, customer-centric ways of working.
You’ll investigate operational challenges, uncover root causes and develop practical, evidence-based recommendations to simplify processes, reduce duplication and rework, improve service outcomes and support sustainable business change.
From mapping end-to-end processes and facilitating stakeholder workshops to defining future-state processes and capturing business requirements, you’ll support change initiatives from discovery through to implementation. You’ll also help assess the impacts of proposed changes, identify risks and dependencies, and establish clear measures of success.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and analytical professional who enjoys solving problems, challenging existing ways of working and working collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver meaningful operational improvements.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
