Enterprise Job Description

Manages and is accountable for the development, improvement, and execution of processes in support of Performance Plan objectives within or across lines of business. Focus is on long-term strategic goals. Ensures full integration of all process and linkage to best practices. Accountable for the achievement of breakthrough productivity, customer satisfaction, and continuous process improvements. Works closely with the business executive or deployment champions. Has actual staffing, performance management, and compensation decision-making responsibilities for the team. Typically has responsibility for project staff and budget.

Additional Information

  • Manages team members responsible for effectively analyzing consumer lending processes, new change mandates, and audit results and determining and implementing solutions designed to resolve issues and improve key performance indicators.
  • Implements projects designed to meet evolving compliance and risk policy and develops/manages project plans.
  • Manages a group of process designers and project managers supporting key functional areas in Consumer Lending team and responsibilities may vary depending on specific assignment; responsibilities may span across any Consumer Lending product, process, or function.

Required Qualifications

  • Direct Consumer Lending front line unit or control function experience is required
  • Aptitude for critical analysis of business requirements for translation into business scenarios
  • Ability to effectively engage with executive level stakeholders and manage a large portfolio of projects supporting those executives
  • Effectively communicate strategic objectives and tactical decisions
  • Ability to leverage expert judgment to quickly and accurately determine nature of application issues and appropriate resolution path

Desired Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Process Design and Project Management experience
  • Issues Management Experience
  • Holds established, effective stakeholder relationships with Consumer Lending front line unit or key control partners
  • Experience in 1st mortgage and/or home equity credit, processing, underwriting, and closing
  • Leadership experience in managing small teams

Pay and Benefits Information

Pay Range

$127,500.00 - $161,300.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education, and skill set.

Discretionary Incentive Eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
