We are looking for talented chemists at a range of experience levels to join our growing Process Research & Development team at Alderley Park.
The Opportunity
As a Process Development Chemist, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for designing, developing and optimising synthetic routes for pharmaceutical intermediates and active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs).

What You'll Be Doing
- Designing and delivering laboratory-based process chemistry programmes.
- Developing and optimising synthetic routes and manufacturing processes.
- Supporting scale-up and technology transfer activities.
- Working collaboratively within cross-functional project teams.
- Maintaining high standards of laboratory safety and compliance.
About You
- BSc, MSc or PhD in Chemistry or a related discipline.
- Experience in synthetic organic chemistry, process chemistry or process development.
- Strong practical laboratory skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
