About the Company

Are you passionate about turning great food ideas into successful products? We're looking for an experienced Process Development Technologist to join our NPD team and lead the journey from concept to commercial production.

About the Role

Working closely with Technical, Operations, and Supply Chain teams, you'll play a key role in delivering innovative products, optimising manufacturing processes, and ensuring successful product launches.

Responsibilities

  • Lead process development from concept through to factory launch.
  • Plan and manage factory trials, first productions, and product launches.
  • Optimise manufacturing processes for quality, efficiency, and consistency.
  • Produce accurate trial documentation, specifications, and reports.
  • Work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.
  • Coordinate sensory evaluations and shelf-life assessments.
  • Champion food safety, quality, and Health & Safety standards.

Qualifications

  • A Food Science, Food Technology, or related qualification.
  • At least 3 years' experience in food manufacturing or process development.
  • Experience managing NPD or process development projects.
  • HACCP Level 2 or 3 qualification.
