At Sibelco, we believe building a successful career is a two-way journey. We’re looking for individuals who share our values and vision, just as much as you’re seeking a company that aligns with your aspirations. Together, we can shape the future.

Job Description:

Are you an experienced Process Engineer passionate about improving industrial processes and driving operational excellence? Join Sibelco and help shape innovative, safe, sustainable, and efficient mineral processing solutions across our global operations.

We are looking for a Process Engineer to deliver greenfield and brownfield projects from concept through to operational ramp-up, while providing technical expertise in mineral processing, process design, and quality control. In this role, you will work closely with Engineering, Operations, Sustainability, Health & Safety, Procurement, and external engineering partners to improve existing processes and develop new solutions.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and analytical engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, working across different functions, and turning ideas into practical solutions. You will contribute to projects and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, safety, sustainability, and cost effectiveness across Sibelco's operations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
