Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Own and monitor the performance of the Biological Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) to ensure stable operation and environmental compliance.
- Optimize key treatment processes, including aeration, chemical dosing, and sludge management.
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting for day-to-day operations and process upsets.
- Analyze process performance data and identify opportunities to enhance treatment efficiency.
- Manage sampling programs and execute compliance monitoring activities.
- Contribute to environmental audits, reporting requirements, and regulatory inspections.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement operational changes through Management of Change (MOC) processes.
- Partner with site teams to maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental performance.

What Makes You the Right Fit
- Degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working with industrial wastewater, biological treatment, or effluent treatment processes.
- Strong knowledge of process optimization and operational troubleshooting.
- Ability to analyze process and compliance data to support decision-making.
- Knowledge of environmental regulations, permitting requirements, and compliance standards.
- Experience supporting audits, inspections, and environmental reporting activities.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across operational teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and process data management tools.
