WEPA UK Process Engineer
WEPA UK is seeking a driven and hands-on Process Engineer to support our Converting operation. This role will focus on improving manufacturing performance, optimising processes, reducing waste, and driving continuous improvement across the plant.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
- Analyse production data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Develop and maintain process centrelines and operational standards.
- Lead root cause investigations and support sustainable corrective actions.
- Manage production trials, material validation and process changes.
- Work closely with Production, Maintenance, Quality and Purchasing teams to improve plant performance.

About You
- Engineering or manufacturing qualification, or equivalent industry experience.
- Experience within a manufacturing, FMCG, packaging, paper or converting environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement or Six Sigma methodologies.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to influence and engage others.
