Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer to join a major R&D transformation initiative focused on accelerating development timelines and improving operational efficiency across the organisation.

Role Overview

You will partner closely with process owners, SMEs, transformation leads, and senior stakeholders to redesign, optimise, and implement future-state processes across key R&D pillars.

This role sits within an Agile Transformation Office environment and is ideal for someone who thrives in complex, cross-functional, fast-moving settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process workshops: Lead sessions with SMEs and process owners to capture requirements, map current-state workflows, and define improved future-state processes.
  • Process rewiring: Translate future-state designs into practical ways of working, ensuring alignment with governance owners and updating charters where needed.
  • Documentation & templates: Create standardised templates, guidelines, and documentation frameworks to ensure consistency across all assets and candidates.
  • BPM tooling: Support process documentation using ARIS, Signavio, iGrafx, or Visio, producing high-quality process maps and maintaining process libraries.
  • Change implementation: Act as the bridge between design and execution, defining training strategies, developing materials, and establishing KPI frameworks.
  • Gap identification: Identify documentation gaps, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities, escalating where appropriate.
  • Transformation delivery: Support process owners in executing rewiring activities and embedding new ways of working across the organisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
