About Us

We are a high-performance Formula One team driven by innovation, precision, and passion. Our Quality department plays a critical role in ensuring operational excellence across the business. By continuously improving processes, enhancing quality standards, and increasing supply chain efficiency, these teams help deliver performance both on and off the track. As a Process Engineer Student Placement, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting process improvement initiatives and driving operational efficiency within a fast-paced motorsport environment.

The Role

During the placement, you will work closely with Quality, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Stores, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams to identify opportunities for improvement across operational processes. You will help analyse data, review existing procedures, support process development projects, and contribute to initiatives that improve quality, efficiency, and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse data from multiple sources to support operational reviews and decision-making activities
  • Support the development, implementation, and auditing of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across Supply Chain and Manufacturing functions
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate the outcomes of operational and supply chain improvement activities
  • Participate in quality, efficiency, and supply chain improvement projects across the business
  • Develop an understanding of products, components, and manufacturing processes to support operational activities
  • Identify process gaps and support the development of solutions that improve quality, efficiency, and operational performance
  • Contribute to the design of processes that reduce risk, minimise cost and lead times, and maintain high-quality standards
  • Prepare, maintain, and implement process documentation and operating instructions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
