Process Finishing
Process Finisher – 3-shift Working (Full-time Permanent)
Salary: up to £34,000 (including a 30% shift allowance) Location: Stonehouse, Gloucestershire Duration: Permanent
Renishaw is seeking a Process Finisher to work in a 3-shift weekly rotation across early, late, and night shifts.

Our core responsibilities include:
- Manual & Automated Finishing: Deburring, hand finishing, and polishing components using both hands-on and automated processes.
- Diverse Work Environment: Performing tasks across multiple areas, including:
- Automated deburring
- Laser engraving
- Aquablast treatment
- Anodising
- Component cleaning
- Quality Control: Monitoring component quality and completing departmental documentation to maintain standards.
Key Requirements
- Essential
- Proficient written and numeracy skills.
- Ability to follow written and pictorial instructions precisely.
- Safe operation of handheld finishing tools and equipment.
- Strong ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Desirable
- Basic PC skills (full training provided to successful applicants).
- Familiarity with a process finishing environment (preferred but not mandatory).
