Process Improvement Analyst
Process Improvement Analyst with strong BPMN and process mapping experience wanted by a major local organisation which looks after major capital infrastructure, and who are undergoing significant technology transformation. This is a rare opportunity to join a newly created Process & Intelligent Automation function, offering a salary up to £52k. You will need to be on site a minimum of 1 day per week in either Brighton or Worthing.
This Process Improvement Analyst role will see you mapping and optimising complex end-to-end business processes, identifying inefficiencies and helping redesign how work is delivered across the organisation. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand existing processes, identify improvement opportunities and produce clear process maps and documentation.
As a Process Improvement Analyst, you will lead process discovery and stakeholder workshops, using BPMN 2.0 to map complex processes and CMMI to assess process maturity and identify opportunities for improvement. You'll also analyse process data and KPIs, helping identify where automation, AI and digital technologies could improve operational performance.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
